Shipping policy

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available from the skatepark desk between normal opening hours (10am and 10pm). You must bring confirmation of your order with you. Orders which are stocked within the park will be ready for collection almost instantly.

If the item you ordered says it is stocked in our warehouse then we ask that you wait up to 24hrs before collecting your order. If you require it sooner than that (eg. same day), this may be possible if you order before 3pm. Please call in advance to confirm and arrange this.

If you are unsure whether your item was stocked in the warehouse or the skatepark store, please refer to the item page on the website.

DELIVERY

Delivery is carried out by one of our shipping partners and full details should be contained with your order confirmation.
